At Valvella, each piece is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities. We encourage you to review sizing and details carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unworn and unwashed

• All original tags must remain attached

• Item must be free of makeup, perfume, or marks

• Original packaging must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Custom or made-to-order pieces

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges based on availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Store Credit

Approved returns may be refunded to original payment method or issued as store credit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
