Due to the limited nature of our collections, orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase by contacting our Client Services team at:

After this 30-minute window, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
